Return/Refund Policy

Borinquen Gaming offers refunds and / or exchanges within the first 7 days of your delivery date. After 7 days, you will be past the return timeframe, please submit your request beforehand.
 
Eligibility for Refunds/Exchanges:
 
If your item(s) are new or sealed:
 
The item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, must show no visible signs of wear or use, and must be in its original packaging.
You’ll need to provide your order number, receipt, or any other proof of purchase.
We can’t offer refunds for new items that were opened or unsealed after purchase. We do as offer exchanges/store credit! Swap your item for another that is at the same price or request store credit! We’ll put the money from your return into your account for the next time you want to shop.
If your item(s) are pre-owned or unsealed:
 
The item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, must show no visible signs of wear or use, and must be in its original packaging.
You also need to provide your order number, receipt, or any other proof of purchase.
You must specify whether or not you would like a full refund, exchange, or store credit in your request.
 
 
How To Request a Return:
 
STEP 1: Reply to your order confirmation email to request which products you would like to return. Please provide the following information:
 
What is the reason for the return?
Would you like a full monetary refund, exchange, or store credit?
STEP 2: Print the prepaid return shipping label that you will receive by email.
 
STEP 3: Send all items back to us using the label provided.
 
What’s Next?
 
Once our team has received the item(s), we’ll evaluate the conditions of the returned products and notify you via email whether the return request has been approved or not. If a refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
 
All items on Sale and Gift Cards cannot be returned.
 
If an exchange or return has been approved, you will be told to make a separate purchase for the item you’d like to exchange the return item(s) for.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can verify the problem and resolve it in a timely manner.
 
Exceptions
 
Sadly, we cannot accept returns if an item reads as Delivered through the postal service tracking information to the stated address of buyer. If you believe your item was delivered but got lost or misplaced, we highly recommend speaking with a USPS employee or neighbors to figure out your packages whereabouts.
